Welcome to www.CarWashDoors.com, owned and operated by American Garage Door Supply, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Pricing

All prices are FOB Bemidji, Minnesota and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors and notify you prior to order fulfillment.


2. Terms of Payment

  • Accepted Payments: Cash, approved credit cards, or Net 30 with approved credit.

  • Late Fees: Balances over 30 days accrue a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

  • NSF Checks: Subject to a $30 service fee.

  • Account Status: No manufacturing or shipments will be made to accounts more than 15 days past due.

  • Credit Approval: All orders are prepay until credit approval is granted and remain subject to credit-manager review.

  • Ownership: Goods remain the property of American Garage Door Supply, Inc. until paid in full.

  • Credit Card Fee: Credit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee.


3. Ordering

We recommend all orders be submitted in writing. Please include all relevant specifications.

Customers are responsible for any errors resulting from verbal orders.

  • Custom or Special Orders: Require a 50% non-returnable deposit.

  • Order Accuracy: Please verify all dimensions, colors, and materials prior to order submission.


4. Change Orders & Cancellations

  • All change orders must be submitted in writing.

  • Non-stock, custom, or special-order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

  • Deposits on canceled custom orders are forfeited.


5. Returned Merchandise

  • You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any products.

  • Custom or special-order products are non-returnable.

  • Freight for returns must be prepaid by the customer.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-warranty returns accepted upon inspection.


6. Warranty Policy

  • Contact our factory to initiate a warranty claim. Include reason for return, serial or part number, and invoice number.

  • Obtain an RMA number prior to return; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Replacement products ship and are invoiced to the ordering party.

  • Customer must return defective product prepaid for evaluation.

  • Do not destroy defective products unless authorized.

  • Upon approval, a credit will be issued.

  • Minor scratches or shipping rash do not constitute a defect.


7. Shipping Damage

Inspect all freight immediately upon delivery for visible or concealed damage.

  • Note any damage on the bill of lading and notify American Garage Door Supply, Inc. immediately.

  • Provide documentation, including photos and a signed freight bill.

  • The customer is responsible for replacement costs associated with freight claims.


8. Shipping Estimates

Shipping is prepaid and added to your invoice. Estimates are provided to secure the best value from qualified carriers.

  • Quote assumes single-attempt commercial delivery at a dock or suitable unloading area.

  • Allows up to 15 minutes of driver wait time.

  • Additional charges (e.g. re-delivery, demurrage, lift-gate service) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Alternate pickup or delivery arrangements may be made upon request.


9. Labor / Other Charges

  • American Garage Door Supply, Inc. is not responsible for labor or incidental charges unless pre-approved in writing.

  • A $250 per-month storage fee applies to doors, operators, or large hardware orders held longer than two weeks beyond their scheduled ship date.


10. Sales Tax Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all applicable state and local sales taxes.

To claim exemption, a valid tax-exemption certificate must be provided at the time of order and must indicate which items are exempt.


11. Email & SMS Communications

By providing your contact information, you may receive transactional or service-related messages via email or SMS.

  • Marketing Communications: Promotional emails and text messages are sent only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in emails or replying STOP to any SMS message.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your activity or communication preferences (e.g., order updates, promotions, or reminders).

  • Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Help Requests: For SMS assistance, reply HELP or email us at Marketing@AmericanDoorSupply.com.

  • Privacy Commitment: Mobile opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for communication purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall American Garage Door Supply, Inc., its affiliates, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, or equipment damage.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be handled in the courts located in Beltrami County, Minnesota.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
